In short: HeadShotAI doesn’t run ads or sell your data. We only process your photos to generate your image. When cloud processing is needed, we use service providers acting as our processors and instruct them to process your content only to provide the service. We do not use your photos to train our own models.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use the app to create, upload, or share sexual, erotic, or intimate content (including kissing or suggestive contact), nudity, or content involving minors in a sexualized context. Only upload photos you own the rights to and only create images of yourself. We may block or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Photos & Face Data: You choose a photo (i.e., a recent photo of yourself). These photos may contain faces. We do not collect or store face templates, embeddings, or biometric identifiers, and we do not perform face recognition.

How processing works: To generate your image, the app may send your selected photos to Google’s Gemini API for processing. We use Gemini strictly as a service provider/processor to perform the generation request.

Retention: We do not store your original photos or generated images on our own servers. Photos remain on your device, and the only copy stored by you is if you choose to save the result to Photos. (Note: Gemini may process the images transiently to complete the request.)

Model training: We do not use your photos to train our own models.
